- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
- Proven experience in a data entry role, with at least 02-03 Years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Strong understanding of data entry processes, quality control and data analysis.
- Proficiency in data entry software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with perform ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
