MEP Draftsman

Al Rakan Construction is a leading MEP design consultation firm based in Lahore, Pakistan. We specialize in providing comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design solutions for high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, and residential projects in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed MEP drawings, layouts, and schematics based on project requirements.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant local and international standards, regulations, and codes, specifically those of Dubai.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop and refine MEP systems.
Review and modify designs as necessary to meet project specifications and standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in MEP drafting.
Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports related to MEP design and implementation.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEP drafting, preferably with experience in Dubai projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
Strong understanding of Dubai MEP standards, regulations, and codes.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and design.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
