Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and risk assessments.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Coordinate with government departments.
Secure necessary approvals and manage stakeholder expectations.

Financial Oversight:

Create and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial control.
Oversee procurement processes and approve expenditures.

Contract and Compliance Management:

Draft, review, and enforce contracts, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
Manage tender processes and contractor performance.

Execution and Monitoring:

Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Utilize project management tools for tracking and reporting progress.

Quality and Safety Assurance:

Implement rigorous quality control standards and conduct regular site inspections.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
Develop and implement risk management strategies.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation and generate regular progress reports.
Ensure proper archiving of all project records.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
Provide ongoing training and development for team members.

Project Closure and Evaluation:

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and facilitate project handover.
Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.
