Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling Inbound and Outbound Calls
  • Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
  • Provide assistance to customers regarding investment solutions
  • Flexible to work in different shifts (24/7)

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's, preferably Master’s in any discipline / IFMP Certification is preferable

Experience: Fresh or up to 1 year, Preferably Financial / Mutual funds industry

Gender: Male / Female

Skill Required:

  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent customer service/ negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office
  • Ability to learn about products and services
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
