• Sales & Purchase data entries daily (software & Manual)
  • Filing & Record keeping of bills (sales & purchase)
  • Payments & Receiving data entries on a daily basis (software & Manual)
  • Stock of goods maintained on a daily basis (software & Manual)
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Working on sales and purchase ledgers and journals
  • Working on Sales Tax Invoices every month

Qualifications:

  • B. Com or related field (ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE)
  • 2-3 years of experience in the retail industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and maintain accurate records
  • Experience with retail accounting software used in Pakistan, such as Zavia Tech Software
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
