Security Operations:
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security team.

- Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
Staff Management:
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating security personnel.
- Schedule and assign tasks to security staff, ensuring adequate coverage.
- Provide guidance and support to security team members, fostering a positive work environment.
Incident Management:
- Investigate security breaches and incidents, preparing detailed reports.
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as required.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of security breaches.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Participate in safety and security meetings, providing insights and recommendations.
- Support the planning and execution of security for special events.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to security.
- Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents.
- Prepare and present reports on security status to senior management.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Recommend and implement improvements to the security program.
