Expert Booker (Work From Home)

Working Hours: 12 PM to 10 PM (Pakistan Time) | Monday to Friday

We are looking for a detail-oriented Expert Booker to join our team for a UK-based client. In this role, you will be responsible for finding, selecting, and booking experts based on the client’s needs for specific projects. This is a work-from-home opportunity with a focus on scheduling and hosting consultation calls between clients and experts.

Key Responsibilities:

Search for and match experts relevant to the client’s project requests.
Follow up with selected experts and ensure their availability.
Schedule and host consultation calls between clients and experts.
Complete any additional screening questions or tasks as requested by the client.
Collaborate with fellow expert bookers, analysts, and coordinators to ensure smooth operations.
Perform other assigned tasks as required.

Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in Google Sheets for managing data and tracking tasks.
Experience with Freshdesk & Outlook for customer support and communication management.
Familiarity with Zoho for project coordination and CRM.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Previous experience in booking, scheduling, or coordinating is a plus.
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
