We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify target demographics and market trends,
- Showcase properties to prospective buyers, providing detailed information about features, amenities, pricing, and financing options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to facilitate sales transactions.
- Keep accurate records of sales activity, including leads, prospects, and transactions, using CRM software or other tools.
