We are currently hiring a Lead Generation. The position will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing Enterprise-sized businesses. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will build relationships and schedule appointments. This is an Indoor Sales position. If you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a positive attitude we are looking for you! Responsibilities:

  • Leads Identification: Utilizing Social Media (especially tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to identify and connect with potential leads that match the target profile.
  • Initial Outreach: Engaging with leads through Phone Calling, LinkedIn messages, comments, In Mails, and sending emails, creating interest in the company's products or services.
  • Qualifying Leads: Assessing the needs and interest levels of the leads, determining if they are a fit for what the company is offering.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Setting up meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team, ensuring a smooth handover.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new market opportunities, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking interaction, responses, and success rates in Weekly or Monthly Reports
  • Maintaining Professionalism: Professionally representing Al Emad brand, adhering to LinkedIn's guidelines, and maintaining the quality of interactions.
  • Content Engagement: Sharing, liking, and commenting on relevant content to increase visibility and engage with the community within the target market.
  • Utilizing Supporting Tools: If using additional tools like CRM or other integrations, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.

What you will do:

  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; Maximum calls expectation to complete daily Leads Target; Telesales.
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
  • Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales.
  • Working with various sales teams to assist in closing the sale.
  • Maintaining Records and reports of prospective client information (CRM).
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments of product lines, the payments industry, and the overall business environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers effectively.
  • Must be proficient in English.
