Customer Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and driving sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. You will mostly be working with females.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product information, order placement, and resolving issues.
Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Track and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and keep up-to-date with new arrivals.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve the customer experience.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the brand.
Maintain customer records and manage CRM system updates.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
