Possess expert-level understanding of civil design and documentation TDR, RFI etc. including tower infrastructure, and expertise in implementing site civil works activities.
Demonstrate expert-level project coordination with clients.
Responsible for daily uploading of all civil works documents and photos, ensuring the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) on-site.
Conduct daily site visits for ongoing civil works and record all details.
Maintain regular and effective communication with key stakeholders to report project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks as necessary.
Track project progress daily and perform site audits according to milestones defined in the project plan.
Develop and implement SOPs and processes to complete the project plan.
Exhibit a problem-solving attitude and solution-oriented approach to resolving issues.
Ready to accept new challenges and additional tasks as required by management.
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and HSC policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, regularly reviewing, updating, and communicating them.
Telecom Civil work experience is preferred.
