We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into clients, managing and training a sales team, maintaining accurate records of leads and sales activities, and developing business through proactive outreach. This role requires a proactive approach to sales strategy, team management, and a strong understanding of digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into clients and generate new business through proactive outreach, including cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding client needs and offering digital marketing solutions that meet these needs.
  • Manage the sales team, setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing ongoing training and support.
  • Keep accurate records of all leads, customer interactions, and sales, analyzing these data to report on performance and forecast future sales.
  • Have a thorough understanding of digital marketing products to guide customers effectively.
  • Research, qualify, manage, and track leads and related sales activities.
  • Function competently in a fast-paced, highly transactional call-center environment that requires excellent project and time management skills.
  • Work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with broader company objectives.
  • Possesses an aptitude to consistently achieve or exceed company-provided targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices to remain competitive and innovative in sales and marketing efforts.
  • Capable of quickly grasping and understanding a diverse range of service industry products to effectively communicate and sell our solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record as a Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the consulting/accounting/legal service industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent English communication skills with prior experience in International Sales and Customer Service.
