We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets that effectively communicate our brand message and showcase our properties. From digital advertisements to print materials, the Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing efforts and engaging our target audience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven 2 years experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate or property industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work and proficiency in both digital and print design.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
