Responsibilities & Requirements:

 

  • Working on a complete Recruitment Cycle with extensive knowledge on recruitment systems.
  • After analyzing the requirements as per client needs, posting the jobs on portals and sourcing the best talent.
  • Establishing communication with candidates and consultants for bridge interviews and on-boarding process.
  • Solid Understanding of Employment Types like W2, C2C and 1099.
  • Hands-on experience on working with all types of VISA (H1B, GC, EAD, OPT, CPT, TN, E3 etc.).
  • Processing with the further proceedings if the technical interview is through, like, negotiations, Candidate Approval, and follow-ups.
  • Regularly remain in touch with the candidates and the Recruitment Manager regarding the updates and development.
  • Proficient with numerous recruitment tools Databases, and Job boards.
