As a Personal Staff Officer, you will directly assist our CEO in managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, facilitating communications, and ensuring seamless operations. Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient typing and writing skills to produce accurate and detailed documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong reporting skills with the ability to compile and present information succinctly and professionally.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and document preparation.
  • Flexibility to travel and willingness to work extended hours when required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive\'s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documentation, reports, and presentations.
