Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to end users via various channels (in-person, phone, email, etc.).
  • Resolve hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting, configuration, and installation.
  • Log and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of network devices, such as routers, switches, and wireless access points.
  • Collaborate with the network team to ensure secure and reliable network operations.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including action plans, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
  • Contribute to the improvement of support processes and workflows.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely or onsite, ensuring minimal disruption to productivity.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems and perform root cause analysis.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support requests and adhere to defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including inventory, configurations, and software licenses.
  • Replace faulty parts server (HP, DELL or Fujitsu etc) hardware components in a timely manner.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, macOS) and common software applications.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are desirable.
