We are seeking a skilled English-Speaking Trainer to join our team for a temporary assignment of 03 to 06 months.
The primary responsibility of the trainer will be to conduct structured training sessions aimed at improving the English-speaking proficiency and accent of our customer-facing personnel.
The trainer will work to design and deliver effective training programs that align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct English speaking and accent improvement training sessions for customer-facing employees.
- Assess the current proficiency levels of participants and tailor training programs accordingly.
- Develop training materials, exercises, and activities to enhance language skills.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to help them improve their English-speaking abilities.
- Collaborate with the Training team to identify training needs and assess training effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an English language trainer, IELTS Trainer or similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire participants to achieve learning goals.
- Certification in English language teaching (e.g., IELTS, TESOL) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
