SEO Head / Lead

We are seeking an experienced SEO Head / Lead to manage and oversee all search engine optimization and marketing activities. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies, including content development, link building, and keyword optimization, aimed at improving rankings on major search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and conduct in-depth On-Page SEO optimization.
Implement and oversee Off-Page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach.
Manage and enhance Technical SEO to improve website performance and user experience.
Optimize Google My Business (GMB) profiles for improved local search visibility.
Collaborate closely with the Content Writing Team to define and fulfill content requirements.
Work with the UI/UX and Design Teams to ensure SEO is seamlessly integrated into all aspects of website design and development.
Prepare detailed reports, track project progress, and monitor the performance of SEO initiatives.
Assign tasks, manage workflow, and provide leadership for all SEO-related activities.
Drive KPI-focused performance to ensure that SEO objectives are consistently met.

Strong market research abilities to stay ahead of competitors and industry trends.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO best practices, tools, and technologies.
Expertise in competitor analysis and strategic market evaluation.
Proven ability to create and implement action plans and meet tight deadlines.
Strong keyword research and strategic planning skills.
Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and grow the SEO team.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Strong communication skills and a confident, assertive personality.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, preferably with a well-established company.
