- Track and report on sales performance, including key metrics, forecasts, and achievements
- Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring alignment with company financial goals
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance team capabilities
