Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and sales through chat-based communication channels.
- Provide information about products and services to potential and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Stay updated with industry knowledge and current trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Requirements:
- Educational qualification: Matric/Intermediate.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong industry knowledge and trend awareness.
- Ability to work night shifts (11PM - 4AM).
- Specific qualifications unique to the job may be considered a plus.
