Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all expenses are within the tour’s budget
  • Dealing with International companies for Tours and company information
  • Dealing with international Clients
  • Make a new contract with new travel agencies
  • Follow up Clients confirmation, payment and documentation
  • Assist Clients with all their requirements about Tours
  • Phone, fax and email attendance of any clients requirements

Desired Skill & Expertise:

  • Having experience in dealing with clients
  • Should have experience working in Travel agency
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Communicate to provide a high-quality service
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Skill in bargaining to purchase best travel package at an economical price
  • Skill in public relations and handling complaints
  • Skill in both verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Min 2 Years of experience in travel agency
