- Provide data to HOD, clients, and other stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Coordinate with the finance department to reconcile the portfolio loss ratio monthly.
- Gather requirements, coordinate end-to-end development, and perform UAT for IT-related projects with all stakeholders.
- Implement, administer, and provide training for all stakeholders on the mobile app, web portal, or any new project.
- Provide support for all IT issues of business applications, escalate them, and maintain logs.
- Arrange system IDs and business application access for new joiners.
- Provide IT helpdesk support to all HID users.
- Manage audits of the Health department, fulfill requirements, guide on processes, and handle queries.
- Train employees on newly developed functionalities, including mobile apps, web portals, and other software.
