To manage, configure and troubleshoot IT network and Network security equipment. Responsible for overall network connectivity of Head Office Lahore and other remote sites in KPK and Punjab.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible to monitor and maintain LAN & WAN connectivity and its utilization.
- Responsible for configuration & maintenance of all network monitoring tools.
- Responsible for configuration & maintenance of all network & security equipments.
- Responsible for monitoring & maintenance of Datacenter network.
- Maintain, prepare & uphold processes for reporting, statistically monitoring and logging network performance i.e., includes the ability to identify and resolve the most complex performance issues that may face our servers and network.
- Maintains inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of configurations, standards and vendor activities.
- To coordinate with IT coordinators of all Divisions/ office for smooth and effecient network connectivity.
- Responsible for Videocon connectivity between different AICL locations.
- To coordinate with vendors and service providers for the resolution of network related issues
