Achieve Test Prep is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of project managers and working closely with our technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, and the ability to provide direction towards solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards.
Collaborate with department heads to suggest and design solutions that align with business objectives and strategies.
Work closely with the IT department to ensure effective utilization and prioritization of developers and resources.
Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to project managers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies.

The program manager should have:

Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams.
Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs.
Sufficient seniority and credibility to advise project teams on their projects in relation to the program.
The ability to find ways of solving or preempting problems.
Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
7+ years of experience in program management or project management, with a track record of successfully delivering technical projects.
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Possess the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Experience working with IT teams and developers.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
Experience working with Salesforce is a plus.

Schedule: Flexible schedule with availability to overlap during the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST business day.
