The Accounts Executive is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to suppliers and vendors. The role requires strong expertise in intermediate to advanced Excel and knowledge of taxation regulations specific to Pakistan.

Prepare and file tax returns, including Sales Tax, Federal Excise Duty, and Withholding Tax, in accordance with Pakistani tax regulations.
Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes to confirm goods and services received.
Address discrepancies by coordinating with procurement, vendors, and relevant departments.
Prepare and process electronic transfers, checks, and other payment methods.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date and maintain payment schedules.
Ensure timely payment of utility bills, vendor invoices, and other obligations.
Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts payable balances with supplier statements.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with vendor accounts.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the accounting system.
Organize and archive invoices, payment records, and relevant documentation.
Utilize intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and conditional formatting, for data analysis and reporting.
Maintain and optimize Excel-based tools for tracking accounts payable activities.
Generate accounts payable aging reports and other financial summaries as required.
Prepare expense reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
