We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Specialist to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting clients to recover outstanding installments and providing them with up-to-date information on current projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.
- Contact clients to recover overdue payments and negotiate payment plans.
- Provide clients with current project updates and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
- Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to streamline the recovery process.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.
