We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team in the real estate sector. This role focuses on recovery and customer service, ensuring our clients receive exceptional support throughout their experience with our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with clients through various channels (phone, email, chat) to address inquiries, concerns, and requests related to property management and transactions.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Recovery Processes: Assist in the recovery of outstanding payments and manage follow-up communications to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and recovery efforts in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, accounting) to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve customer issues.
  • Feedback Management: Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and communicate findings to management.
  • Service Standards: Uphold the company’s standards for customer service excellence and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Levels, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate or related industry.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Personality:

  • Friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
