Security and Protocols Executive

Abacus Consulting is hiring a Security and Protocols Executive to enhance and implement comprehensive security measures within our organization. You will play a critical role in safeguarding our assets, employees, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement robust security protocols and procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Conduct regular security risk assessments, addressing vulnerabilities, and recommending necessary improvements.
Collaborate with government agencies, security organizations, and law enforcement to stay updated on the latest security trends and protocols.
Supervise security personnel, providing guidance and training to maintain a vigilant and responsive security team.
Coordinate emergency response protocols, conducting drills to test effectiveness and readiness.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and liaise with relevant authorities for permits and licenses.
Monitor security threats, providing timely reports and data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Conduct security awareness training to promote a culture of vigilance and security consciousness.
Additionally, support health and safety initiatives to maintain a safe work environment for employees and visitors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Management or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in security management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of risk assessment and emergency management procedures.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
