Responsibilities:
- Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Database management
- Relevant Reporting
- Work from home option is available but office sitting is preferred
Requirements:
- Applicants MUST possess full Arabic proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
- The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience in an international customer support/call centre is a plus
- Foreign nationals applying for this job MUST have a valid visa for stay in Pakistan during the time that they work with Abacus.
- Work permit valid in Pakistan would be preferable.
