Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via chat.
  • Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on product changes and industry developments to provide informed support.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in spoken English at B-2 and C-1 levels (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
  • Minimum Intermediate Degree
  • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a chat support environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and chat support software is a plus
