We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. HR Generalists have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with labor law, and are looking to kickstart your career in the field, this is the place to be. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of recruitment processes, and other HR Functions.

 Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions, and collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation & benefits, leaves, disciplinary matters, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, and morale.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, warning letters, etc.
  • Manage in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.
  • Work with UK-based Management and Directors to implement projects on successfully outsourcing various UK HR tasks to the PK HR Team as instructed.
  • Any duties required, in line with line management instructions.

  • Demonstrated time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • At least two years of human resource management experience preferred.
