Transaction Processing:Handle and process domestic and international remittances accurately and efficiently.Verify transaction details to ensure compliance with company policies and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.Monitor remittance systems for errors or discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Customer Service:Assist customers with inquiries related to remittances, including transaction status, fees, and exchange rates.Provide clear and accurate information on remittance procedures and policies.Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate authority.
Compliance and Documentation:Ensure all remittance transactions comply with internal and external regulatory requirements, including AML, KYC (Know Your Customer), and CFT (Counter Financing of Terrorism) policies.Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions for audit purposes.Report suspicious transactions to the compliance department
Coordination and Reporting:Coordinate with local and international partners to ensure seamless processing of remittances.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reports for management review.Communicate updates or changes in policies to customers and team members.
Risk Management:Identify and mitigate risks associated with remittance transactions.Adhere to company policies to prevent fraud and unauthorized activities.Regularly update knowledge on evolving regulations and industry practices.
