Processing Transactions: Handle remittance transactions efficiently, including local and international transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Verify and record customer details, transaction amounts, and other required information.

Customer Service: Assist customers in completing remittance forms and resolving transaction-related queries.Provide information on exchange rates, fees, and delivery times for various remittance services.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all transactions adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) protocols.Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer identification details for audit purposes.

Reporting:Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly remittance reports for management review.Identify discrepancies and escalate issues promptly to the Branch Manager or Compliance Officer.

Cash Handling:Manage cash and ensure accurate end-of-day reconciliation of remittance-related transactions.Alert the Branch Manager of any cash shortages or excesses.

Promoting Services: Inform customers about other financial products and services offered by the company, aiming to cross-sell where possible.
