- Process inward and outward remittances efficiently and accurately.
- Verify transaction documentation for compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.
- Liaise with banks, customers, and internal departments for seamless operations.
