Audit Planning and Execution:Develop and execute regional audit plans in alignment with organizational goals.Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits for branches in the region.Identify risks and weaknesses in internal controls and recommend actionable improvements.
Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.Review and analyze financial records, operational processes, and system controls.Monitor high-risk areas and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
Reporting and Documentation:Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, risks, and recommendations.Communicate audit results to senior management and relevant stakeholders.Maintain accurate and confidential records of all audit activities.
Follow-Up:Ensure timely implementation of corrective actions by monitoring branch compliance with audit recommendations.Conduct follow-up audits to verify the resolution of identified issues.
Collaboration and Training:Work closely with branch managers and staff to address audit concerns and improve processes.Provide training and guidance to employees to strengthen internal control awareness.Share best practices across the region to enhance operational efficiency.
Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on audit trends, regulatory changes, and industry standards.Recommend updates to audit procedures and tools to improve audit effectiveness.
