Customer Service:
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about exchange rates, remittances, and other services.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Transaction Handling:
- Process cash transactions, remittances, and currency exchanges efficiently.
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper records of all transactions.
Compliance & Security:
- Follow AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) policies.
- Ensure all transactions meet legal and regulatory requirements.
- Report any suspicious transactions to the concerned department.
Branch Operations Support:
- Assist the Branch Manager and Cashier/FC Dealer in daily operations.
- Maintain accurate cash counts and reconcile balances at the end of the day.
- Keep workstations clean and organized.
Sales & Promotions:
- Promote company products and services to customers.
- Inform customers about new offers and promotions.
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach to enhance customer satisfaction.
