Maintain employee records, ensuring all information is accurate, confidential, and up-to-date. Assist in processing payroll, attendance, and leave management. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures across branches or departments. Monitor and maintain employee benefits and records.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Support recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in onboarding new employees, including document verification and orientation sessions.

Employee Engagement:

Address employee queries related to HR policies and practices.
Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.

Compliance & Reporting:

Prepare HR reports on attendance, performance, and compliance.
Assist in audits and compliance checks related to HR functions.

Support:

Act as a liaison between employees and management to address workplace concerns.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
