Truck Dispatch

A5 Trucking is a fast-growing logistics company based in DHA, Lahore. We are currently seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher. The ideal candidate should have some experience in the logistics industry and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries with drivers, clients, and warehouses.
Track and monitor delivery progress, ensuring that deliveries are made on time and in accordance with client requirements.
Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met, and handle any issues that may arise.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Monitor truck maintenance and report any issues to the maintenance team.
Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and shipments.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months to 2 years of experience as a Truck Dispatcher in the logistics industry.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing the trucking industry.
Ability to use computer programs and software for tracking and scheduling.
Experience in USA on bound calling is a plus.
