We are looking for a Professional and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to oversee our sales team for its Potential and Commercial Residential projects based in Lahore and Islamabad. Experienced individuals having a minimum 4 years of experience in the relevant field and have experience of to run campaigns on Facebook is a must.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
- Set individual sales targets with sales team.
- Work on sales script with agents.
- Develop sale strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Staying informed on real estate industry
- Ensuring every member of the sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly.
Job Requirements:
- Must have 4 to 5 years of experience in property.
- Experience of to run campaigns on Facebook
- Capable of managing sales team
- Positive and enthusiastic
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills
- Knowledge of real estate process
- Good interpersonal and marketing skills as well as good knowledge of the property market
