Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Monitor network performance and ensure robust security.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to maintain system uptime.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain and update system documentation.
- Manage user accounts and access controls.
- Implement and enforce security protocols.
- Provide user support and training on IT best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT Administration or System Administration.
- Strong knowledge of network management, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA, or MCP.
Experience: 2-5 years
