We are pleased to offer you the position of Travel Consultant.

Your Role:

Engage with prospective clients through phone calls and emails.
Build relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and queries.
Achieve sales targets by converting leads into satisfied customers.
Book reservations for guests, travel agents, and other referral networks..
Provide detailed information about room availability, accommodation options, and hotel amenities.
Accurately input and manage reservation data using the company’s automated booking systems.
Promote and upsell hotel services, packages, and special offers to potential guests.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience professional.
Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor & UK accent.
Previous experience in sales or customer service (immigration experience is a plus).
Self-motivated and results-oriented attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Passion for helping people achieve their immigration goals.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
