Role Overview:

Are you ready to turn your passion for chemical into a dynamic sales career? As an industrial Sales Executive, you'll drive sales growth in the vibrant industrial chemical sector across Pakistan. Engage with customers, you'll spearhead the identification of new business opportunities, foster relationships with potential clients, and seal deals to expand our business and clientele.

The role is centered around providing the highest quality business development, account management and identifying fresh growth opportunities.

The role and who we’re looking for:-

You’ll thrive adding value and have strong experience already developing your career in the industrial chemical business.
New Business Development: Seek out new opportunities to expand our customer base and boost sales.
Building a pipeline, identifying prospects and presenting the value you can add to win them as a client.
Keep abreast of the real-time market price to provide the employer with market analysis.
Keep good communication with customers to grasp their timely needs.
Someone who is motivated by targets and OKR as much as they are about customer satisfaction, providing exceptional service & being a specialist in their field.
Based on the products, prices and marketing strategies, deal with inquiries and quotations, negotiate, sign and implement the contract, receive payments, etc；

Key Skills Required:

Negotiation skills: Strike deals like a pro and make things happen.
Proactive planning: Stay one step ahead and make things happen.
Strategic planning: Plot your course to success and bring your vision to life.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with cold calling, Facebook Ads and leveraging organic reach for sales growth.
Commercial awareness: Keep your finger on the pulse of the industry and spot opportunities.
Industry knowledge: Deep into the world of industrial chemical and become an expert in your field.
Excellent communication skills: From emails to face-to-face meetings, you know how to get your message.
