Shifts:
- Morning (9 am to 6 pm)
- Evening (6 pm to 4am)
Requirements:
- A degree in Sales and Marketing/Media Science/Computer Science/Business or any relevant field.
- O/A levels (preferred)
- At least 6 months of working experience in a software house.
- Must have experience of bidding/sending proposals on Upwork and Freelancer.com
- Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as a part of team
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential leads through various marketplace sources.
- Meet and surpass the sales goals and monthly targets.
- Bid and submit proposals in Freelance marketplaces like Upwork and Freelancer.com for securing projects.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development to ensure alignment on sales objectives.
