We are a leading solar power company looking for a female Telesales Executive who can effectively engage with our customers and prospects through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, as well as inbound and outbound calls. As a Telesales Executive ,your primary responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide solar power solutions to customers and prospects.
Respond promptly and efficiently to customers' inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Build strong relationships with potential customers, generate leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up with customers and prospects via phone, email, and social media to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and sales reports in our CRM system.
Continuously keep up with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' activities.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or digital marketing.
Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
A proactive and positive attitude towards work and customers.
A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability.
