Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AMWe are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Trucking Sales Agent to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in trucking sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments and customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Trucking Sales Agent or similar role in the logistics industry.
- Strong sales skills with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Must be willing to work evening hours (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
