Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process student admission applications, ensuring that all required documentation is collected and verified accurately.
  • Assist prospective students and their families throughout the application process, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Review and assess applications to determine eligibility in accordance with company criteria.
  • Maintain accurate records of all admissions activities and update the admissions database regularly.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate a smooth onboarding and orientation process for new students.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students, parents, and educational agents.
  • Participate in and help organize admission-related events such as open houses, campus tours, and information sessions.
  • Monitor admission metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 1.5 years of experience in an admissions role or a similar administrative position.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management systems.
  • Knowledge of the educational landscape and admission processes in Pakistan is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
