We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Design Front & Upseller - Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective design solutions and upselling strategies. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, sales acumen, and customer service skills to enhance customer experiences and maximize business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Customer Engagement:

    • Identify and engage potential customers through various channels including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and social media.
    • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and preferences.
    • Present and demonstrate design solutions to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  2. Design Consultation:

    • Provide expert design advice and recommendations to customers to meet their specific needs.
    • Collaborate with the design team to create customized solutions that align with client requirements.
    • Stay updated with the latest design trends and product offerings to provide informed advice.
  3. Upselling & Cross-Selling:

    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through upselling techniques.
    • Educate clients on the value of premium products and services to enhance their experience.
  4. Sales Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Track and report on sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.
    • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  5. Customer Service:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
    • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction with products and services.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a design or creative industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling techniques is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
