As a Senior PHP Developer, you will play a pivotal role within our development team, responsible for creating, enhancing, and maintaining web applications that drive our business growth.

Your extensive experience with PHP, CodeIgniter, and Laravel will enable you to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet top standards in performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications using PHP, CodeIgniter, and Laravel.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards.
Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.
Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and third-party service connections.
Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge-sharing within the team.

Requirements:

Experience in POS, HRM, and CRM systems.
Proficiency in CodeIgniter and Laravel.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4-5 years of proven experience as a Senior PHP Developer in web development.
Strong command of PHP, especially with the Laravel framework.
Solid understanding of MySQL, RESTful APIs, and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and MVC architecture.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
