We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented Insurance Claim Adjudicators to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing insurance claims, ensuring compliance with all relevant company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and assess insurance claims for accuracy and completeness.
Determine claim eligibility based on policy terms and conditions.
Communicate with clients and providers to gather necessary information.
Approve or deny claims in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain detailed records of claims and decisions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex claims.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in insurance claims processing or adjudication.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with insurance policies and regulations.
Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
