We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or on-site, depending on our client requirements.

Responsibilities:

Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Clean, process, and validate data to ensure accuracy and quality.
Create and maintain data pipelines to support data integration and analysis.
Implement data mining techniques to identify patterns and trends in large datasets.
Develop data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into strategic initiatives.
Stay current with the latest industry trends and advancements in data science.
Conduct A/B testing and experimental design to evaluate the impact of business strategies.
Automate data analysis and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and analysts.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or analytics.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
